Oil is down to personal preference, but whatever you choose, make sure its fully synthetic.

For whats it worth I always use Shell Advance Ultra 10W 40...

Popular recommendation seems to be Shell Advance Ultra 15W50. Sure Nelly / Shazaam recommended this before but no doubt I'll be corrected in a sec........

M&P link -

Should find some in your local Shell garage and it's quicker than M&P.

10w/50 or 15w/50 fully synthetic BIKE OIL ... dont buy oil intended for a car thinking you'll save money.

Buy a major brand, ie: Shell, Castrol, Q8 steer clear of small little known brands.

This advice is from someone who works for an oil company, and no we dont do bike oils

I tend to go with Shell 15w/50 fully syn.
