The only thing worth starting in my new year will be my bile, (when the cold spell passes).

i've just been out for a 5mile run. I do gym/exercise 6 days a week.

Starting, i'm tempted to make my resolution to STOP !!!

I will be back in the gym in the new year, also planning to start swimming again, and hopefully get back on the squash court

Ive been going to my local spit and sawdust gym for quite a while now, it consists mostly of free weights and a few machines, there is another room for the cardio stuff, will be interesting to see how packed it gets in the new year with numptys who only turn up for a few weeks. Does make me laugh.

poked my head round the door at the local leisure pool where they have extended the gym, there are cardio machines everywhere with tv's in them , just a little section at the end where the weights are. This is where all the pretty people come to look good.

Its been very empty running on the south downs over the xmas/new year period.
Mind, I don't think that will change much, as resolutions dont seem to make it up hills
