Articles on 955\'s etc

A bit of a quiet Nightshift tonight so I dug out some reading material.
Superbike Mag May 95 had a write up on John Merrill's (of QB Carbon) 955 and also had a couple of pics of Ray Stringers Devimead 955, John's bike was clocked at 186mph and measured 138BHP at the rear wheel, all with 46mm injectors

Performance bike Mag again May 95, has a write up on Jamie Whitams Factory 955

Performance Bike Dec 99, as well as a write up on 748R, it also has 6 pages on Troy Baylis's 996 Factory INS/GSE championship winning bike.
I did like the bit where Stuart Johnstone said "He destroys rear brake pads & needs a set every time he goes out"
Best he go to the CSS for some lessons or he'll never make it as a racer.

Skidlids,
Hope this doesnt sound too cheeky...
Would it be possible to scan those 955 articles in and e-mail them.
It'd be much appreciated, dying to read something interesting like that....
Thanks
D.

Dean nice to see your still around, hope we are going to see more of you and your bike this year, could do with a few more fast rideouts like the original one we had.
As for articles I wouldn't mind borrowing them some time and getting them scanned and while on the subject I should have me desktop PC back up and running next week with a new and bigger power supply so should then be able to comence scanning.

Kev,

Going up to Cardiff tomorrow returning on Friday afternoon ish. I'll put the mags in the car if you're about Friday I'll can meet you somewhere near Oxford / M4.

The bikes now running better than before, I was getting clutch slip at about 8000 - 8500 in 3rd & 4th. 1.5 mm to much wear on the clutch. Fixed now, had a little run on Sat, went like a bloody rocket.

Dean I'm at work until just gone 4pm on Friday, but its only 10 miles fron where the M4 crosses the A34, so will depend on what time your passing by.
On Saturday you should have joined us for a nice little ride out to the AGM, your 998R would have added nicely to Evertons 999R. Also in the group was a 996 a 748 and my 916.
