Advice and Recommendations for my bike test!

I have made a decision to go ahead and do my bike test, sod the car, sod the savings, i miss my bike too much. Now i want some recommendations of any companys that you think or have heard are good and helpful. Also what kind of proce range am i looking at? My cbt expired on Feb 3rd so i dont have that anymore, but i've been riding for two years. Anyone know rougly, i dont want to pay too much when i can get same service elsewhere... Now i know alot of you are in and around Reading/Berks and i dont mind travelling to get to a goos instructor...

Cheers

Don't know costs, but do know you will have to do your CBT again.

Book your CBT, buy a cheap 125 and ride as much as you can to practice road skills again. Have lessons as often as you can afford on big bike then when you are confident take your test.

I think nerves is going to be a factor for me. When i'm on a bike i'm confident enough, but i dont like tests....

Maybe i'm just a wimp

I can do my cbt with my direct access cant i? I feel totally confident on a bike, it just those 'bad habits' you pick up over time, i need to learn what an examiner wants to see. I am to book in in the next week or so and do it asap.

How long ago did you pass the cbt? if it was more than 2 yrs ago, has your licence expired??? Didn't 'they' change the rules so you had 2 years to pass a bike test and then provi license gets suspended for 6 or 12 months?

Ironic that you can probably still drive a car tho!

I have no idea about the suspension! That wouldnt be good!!! My CBT expired on 3rd Feb this year, so yes it was over two years ago....

Anyone know for sure about this suspension thing?
