The only type I use other than the headstock one if i'm changing forks Have used the ones with the prongs that locate in the holes at the bottom of the forks on all of my racebikes and still using it to this day in the DD paddock, when swapping wheels for a tyre change. Originally used a Scorpion one but now using the more compact one that they were selling at Assen when we were there for the Ducati Club races
