What is it all about? (2013) The Hottrax Motorsport Formula 400 Leightweight Championships are a series of sprint races with grid starts. The machines are based on recent or current production motorcycles and available to the public through the normal commercial channels of the constructor/manufacturer
The series is designed to allow riders to compete on 2 stroke and 4 stroke motorcycles
A Formula 400 class fills a nice gap within our Modern Classic series
What do you get? You get 8 rounds over 1 and 2 days at some of the best circuits in the UK
You get long distance racing and 3 races per weekend together with timed practice and warm ups
Trophies for top 3 are given at each event and at the end of the year subject to entry levels.
Any treaded or wet tyres may be used
What does it cost? Club membership is £30 online for the year
Optional Premium Membership is £130 per year and you get £15 of each test day with Hottrax
Race entries are all around £225 per round
