anyone ever used them,got my 996 booked in for a 6000 mile service next week but never used 'em before,wondered about other peoples experiences

I hope you checked out the labour costs, cos on average, they seem to be quite a bit more than other Ducati dealers in the south. (14 - 23% more than Snells for example).
Am sure others will give more info about skills/time/costs etc tho

thanks ck,checked 'em ,to check valve clearences theyre about 50 squids cheaper than ashford ducati

Try Moto Rapido, they are in Winchester. Steve Hillary's the boss and knows his Dukes.
Its a bit of a trip but the A272 all the way is a lovely road!

One of my mates has London South service his 998s and recommends em.

You recommended Ashford to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
