55 - I would like to hear what you where fed about cycle cat slider products for the SBK- if you would again share with us how "they are more trouble than they are worth" ? I would then be able to run over to the facility and provide some constructive design critisism -
The moto design, the Cycle cat design and others that utilize through engine bolt mounts are just flat out the best frame slider option. The frame mount slider (without any direct crash damage stories to share)...just intuitively leads me to believe more frame damage would be the result with a track incident. low profile engine through bolt / under fairings might provide additional positives possibly avoiding protruding slider grabs.
I can say the through engine bolt / fairing hole drilled units on my RC51 have done there job twice with zero frame damage....errrr well the second time...the bike was a disaster..but no frame damage
additionally these fork and rear swing arm...even for SS SBK now! look like great additional protection...designed well seemingly as i have had contact with the manufacturer and seller and replacement "bungs"
are available. have a look- they do seem on the protruding side visually....i would guess additional help for the fork lower as you toss your lovely girl down the track....fair price no less when compared the R@G yes?
i will toss you all this.....propabably been talked about already...but a true savings....on a nice AFAM GQ change copy so to speak...maybe better silver or black. AND this price includes AFAM sprocket pitch and tooth CHOICE @
now that is way fair@ i talked with these manufacturerer and the ebay sales is marketing and once numbers and the name gets out the prices will be restructured to be more in tune ...but competitive with the higher priced options.
HA ...you can all thank me for the black ano option
i'm in visual love with this though.....
