Alarm Wiring and Indicators HELP

Just done a silly thing while trying to change the rear number plate holder for a carbon one. i've disconnected the wires for the indicators at the rear and the alarm wires that connect to the indicator does anyone know which goes into which. from the alarm there is three wires both with male and female connectors two have purple tags on them. Tryed various connections but nothing works the indicators work but when the alarm arms its self it just goes off striaght away. else than that is there a why I can turn it off and still run the bike.

If it's a Datatool..............
The two tagged wires are interconnects that go in line with the positive feed to each indicator.
The other wire is, if i recall, the same but into one of the earth connectors??
I'll double check on my bike when I get a chance.
