Eprom identification help,please

Hi, for my sins I've bought a 996bip

It came with standard cans, so off to ebay and hello to a set of 45>50 termis with connector pipes.

As standard it runs rich, I could see that the sticker had been taken off the ECU so I had a look inside to see what eprom its got.

Its says COD 965053AAA

anyone know what this eprom is mapped for or whos eprom it is?

cheers guys

Have checked the number again and its correct.

The bikes got an ITG filter and the chip label hasnt got any identification on it other than COD and the number.

Will check with Baines as they serviced it last

Hello

I mate in Ireland has just bought a 916 and is unsure about the chip installed this was his email to me, anybody have any ideas?

1997 916 models marked "MC 42" and "Made in Singapore" with two other tiny serial nos. 3880A and 9880E. I simply don't know if it is the original chip fitted to the bike or whether it was changed to match the 50mm Termi's when they were fitted.

any help would be great.

regards
