Great fun..... I see some "classics" in there!

Love the kwaks Mav, and look how many of us started with a humbe 50cc ( have you ever seen the minute size of a 50cc piston!) I think my own quest for speed eminates from those years, thrashing the nut$ off my ss50 trying in vain to keep up with the fissies. Just never grew up I s'pose

Mood: Bloo and Yellow.. and Red now ;)
upto the age of 16, several "field bikes" C50's, C70's, C90's, AP50, CB250G5, XL125 etc.etc.

Then at 16 MT50. Tuned to the hilt, 60-65mph everywhere and 18000 miles.
17 brought in the RD125LC.............tuned to the hilt 100mph+
19 saw me pass my test and by a 350LC.............tuned to the hilt. 130mph+ and a crank a month
There's a worrying tendancy developing there

Then a forced break due to being pulverised in a car smash.

3 years went by. I had a brief spin on my mates RG500 whilst still on crutches though

Bought my first Ducati. and ex F2 500 Pantah racing machine. Converted that back to road trim(ish) and road her for 2 years+
Then bought a 750 Sport with 40mm Dellortos and cans on. What a sound!!
Then had a mind f**k and sold up. Only kept the helmet.....
Couldn't bear it after 4 months or so and bought a H0nda (I can say it) VFR400 NC30. Loads of fun.
Then a ZXR750J2.............one of the prettiest Jap IL4's ever imo.
Then the Ducati beckoned, i remortgaged the house and bout my 748BP which I still have.
Kind of a rolling test bed, and a bike I really never want to sell on. Should be "a bit special" this year if all goes to plan to

Hmmm, what lists!!
My humble offering is
Suzuki KH-80 (2 sprockets in back for trail riding) First bike I ever took onto Willow Springs Raceway after 2 days of desert riding!) Stolen
Matchless 500
Kawa A-1 250
Kawa A-7 350, wheelie king! 24 hours at mostly 100 mph from Texas to California!
Suzu GS400E, six speeds, 23,000 km in 1 year touring Japan.
GS 550E four, great fun, good tourer, learned how to adjust valves (special tools somewhere!!)
Yamadog XT125, DT125 both traded for DT200, a wonderful fire roader, wheelie toy, ski transport!
CB400 Houndog...enclosed disk brakes...got wobbly over 160kph due to tweaked frame from previous owner
Gilera 500 Saturno, modern version...great torquer, long range tank about 600km on fill-up!
another 500 courtesy of my buddy porking me in the back-end with his beemer
93 750SS, nasty bitch turned me on to the beauty of Ducks!!
Newly bought ST4 ABS! Lovely, awesome, civilized
Not bankrupt yet

Mood: Lurkin'.....
Wow Rocker,thats an impressive list!
Here's mine,
Started off with the usual feild bikes then progressed to full blown competition Grass Track bikes.The road bikes are;
BSA C15 250cc-It was me dads bike and got me through the bike test in 1977.
Triumph Bonneville T140V USspec-bought it as a basket case, despite only a year old!Previous owner just abused it from new.
Triumph Bonneville T140D special UKspec.Great looking bike, but did'nt have the oomph of the older one.
Suzuki X7 250cc-Great fun,.......when it went!
Yamaha RD250LC-Huge improvement on the X7,in a differant league.
Yamaha 650 XS2-I needed to get back on a big twin again.Bit of a let down as the handling was terrible.Nice motor tho.
Yamaha FZ750(new)-Just got divorced and had a pot full of cash to spend!
Yamaha RD400-Bought as an alternative/winter bike.Well I did'nt want to spoil my FZ now,did I??!!
Yamaha FZR 1000 Genesis-Lovely bike to ride and the only bike to have at the time.
Yamaha FZR 1000 EXUP (new)-Faaaaaaasssstttt!!,but I did'nt like it as much as the older bike.
Now we come to the good stuff ,
900ss(new)
851(new)
916
996(new)
998(new)
999
Multistrada(new)
Almost forgot the winter bikes!

Cagiva Elefant 350-Sloooooowww,but kinda fun!
Cagiva Navigator 1000-Heavy with a detuned TL motor.
Ooh some memories there,great thread.
