It had the carbon front guard standard?

I quite like these ... I think I like too many Ducati's and have too little money!

Yummy....

As I understand it...from 1993 and the Superlight II the carbon fibre front guard was fitted as standard.

The Mk1 original had the carbon guards.

All superb. What do you guys reckon to the 900ss at JHP at the moment? Nice 900ss at JHP. It's certainly my style. I don't think it's a true numbered superlight but it's got all the bling that I like.

It certainly looks shiny and has had a bit of money spent on it.

The higher than average price could be justified by the expensive bits on it (wheels, exhaust, seat, twin lights) and is probably a sign that it has been well looked after.

It's not my cup of tea but that's my opinion of the paintjob, not the quality of the bike. If it is in good nick, I would rather have that than a tired SL.

while we're posting piccies, here's mine (not technically an SL)

Chicken, your FE looks nice but I can see why you wouldn't like the JHP 900 and why I do. I do like the FE, I like the lack of decals on it. The silver is ok (although all my gear is red and black). I think it's the black wheels which are ok but understated. Some people like to standout and some like the understated.

If a good example of an FE turns up I will definately consider it and there's a few official red ones knocking about apparently. I will visit JHP first to view this one and then decide.

There just seems to be nothing SL/FE wise for sale at the moment. Maybe I should wait rather than buy the first one I find.
