Mirrors too!
This is quite scary too - a pair of mirrors currently at £112!

I bought a pair of genuine red mirrors from JHP 2 months ago for about £75!!

All a bit worrying. Are the "collectors" moving in? Sometimes people have no idea of what parts are available in other places. The mirrors are Vitaloni Baby Turbos and can be bought new for under UKP20 each.

There are still cheap parts around though, I got a pair of mirrors in black for UKP 8.70 on e-bay yesterday. Quick spray and they are worth over UKP100?

I tried some of those.
They look just like the origionals,...but they are of inferior quality. They vibrated so much they were usless, then the balljoints became loose and they flopped down like rabbit ears.Perhaps mine were a duff pair, but I cant recommend them.

Ah they all do that sir!

Sounds like they work just as bad as the original mirrors. One of mine fell off in rush hour traffic, on a flyover. I almost got flattened rescuing it, but they are @ UKP125 each!

To fix, open up the ball joint, roughen the ball, put a lock washer on the nut and put in the freezer before tightening the nut.

Mike,

Is that (£125) a price from UK Ducati dealers? They're still available then?

Rob,

No, that was half of the UKP250 that the pair went for on e-bay today.
