Thank Goodness......it\'s Spring

Thanks Mother Nature...I'm finally starting to ride to and from work in daylight, the flowers are out, buds on the trees, first trackday done, first race at the weekend, MotoGP, WSB and BSB back on the box, the smell of cut grass, English strawberries and Scottish raspberries will be in the shops before too long and the DSC track day is fast approaching. Marvellous.

But do you know the best thing about Spring???

I can finally turn the next page of my DSC calendar so I don't have to look at Jools every day until the winter

I ride most days to work, only snow, bad ice or a monsoon stops me!

But, i have noticed over last fortnight, more bikes on the road.

Yep spring is here, dispite the constant drizzle and the odd downpour on Saturday it was still great to be out on the bike and meeting all the others down at Moto Rapido.
Sunday we had BSB, WSB and Moto GP to watch and in between races I was out in the garden bolting on to the bike a Ohlins Shock and steering damper, Harris rearsets, race seat unit, changing the oil and filter, lock wiring and the taking for a test run. So the R6 is nearly ready for Pembrey this coming weekend. Just need to undestand high and low speed damper adjustments.

Spring is sprung.......

Even managed to toddle round the block without an overcoat today, much warmer now that northerly(ish) wind has gone

Yep its spring for sure, decided to ride the R6 into work for the evening shift so I can do a bit more race prep on it before the weekend, with the extra low gearing and the race Super Corsa's on I thought I would stick to the country back roads, Talk about covered in MUD.

Spring = Tractors = Mud on Road

Watch out for it
