Good luck with the recovery Mike,
i broke mine in 2000 and ive just started running now...
just remmber to do all the exercises they tell you and get into the swimming pool as soon as possable to keep your mobility up..
and always remember that the pain is quickly forgoten

Thanks for all the kind thoughts just looking forward to getting back on the bike. Bring on the Spanish trip can't wait. Still I may have a dabble before then. No running for a while then, still I will have to drag the mountain bike out and get out into the forest.
