Fuel tank stay bracket
Hi
Can anyone shed any light on what shape the bracket that holds the tank stay should be. Mine is bent and I need to reshape it before the frame is resprayed.

Thanks
Andy

What fits in this bracket? Presumably a plastic clip of some sort to hold the tank stay when its down

those tangs should be parralel and there is a plastic/rubber type clip that slides on there which has a pinch type recess for the tank prop. part no.76410101a

The clip looks like:-
Unless your looking for total originality, rather than make the original bracket,a clip used for metal brake hose might be easier?
