Does NE1 know what time SoT scrutineering is on Sat morning?

Usually starts around 8am.It should be printed on your entry form somewhere.

Is it just a first come first served with scrutineering then, or is there an order based upon racing class etc?

You'll be glad of the extra hour or so in bed in the morning, plus, it's bloody freezing getting in your suit at 7.30 in a field!!
