Any Mallory news?

According to recent reports various track days and maybe the Thundersport meet at Mallory have been cancelled due to noisy day restrictions there.

Apparently the track can only be used on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Anybody know for sure if we will be affected?

It's not the size of the dog in the fight that matters, but the size of the fight in the dog.

All we know for certain is that Dave at Hottrax has been talking to the circuit manager who he is waiting to get back to him after he has discussed things with the circuit owners

The 1985 ruling was for Wednesday and Sunday and 4 saterdays as long as they where part of a two day meeting, so I guess the Friday may be lost but he saturday will stay as Hottrax are running a two day meeting, thats how I read the last Mallory statement.

Just emailed karen and this was her response:-

"Yes at the moment it is going ahead as planned - if any thing changes we will put it on the web site and our Facebook page as soon as we know."

So maybe its all still good?

To be fair, Hottrax use facebook for intial contact as it is instant and gets to the majority of riders straight away, the same as Trudi and Skids use this forum to pass information to the riders, so there is no need to abuse a system of communication that has afterall informed you of the situaion.
