Question A good place/price for Sidi boots

Time for some new boots and I saw a post recently regarding a 'boots discussion' but can't find it!

Sidis only for me but does anyone have any advice/comments regarding the best value for money Sidi boot nowadays and who offers the best deals? Happy to buy over the Interweb.

For road and occasional trackday use only - I need 'em for our forthcoming invasion of Normandy

I bought a pair of Black Rain Evos at the NEC for £100 last November. Sadly though I have been a bit dissapointed with them and wouldn't necessarily recommend them to anyone considering using them every day.

I have been wearing Sidi Vertigos for track use lately, they seem OK, but are very tight when worn over leathers - and my leathers won't fit over the boots!

no idea of your budget but might be worth looking at daytona's too. obviously much more expensive but much more protection and as comfy as you like. can be bought over t'internet saving 200 quid on the top models.

I brought a pair of SIDI corsa boots off ebay.de
VERY happy with them, had Alpinestars before, prefer the SIDI boots.
Cost me under 200 GBP including shipping to me in Sweden.
If you want me to find who i brought them off PM me

daytona's the best... you can even buy the new Carver model now, a race boot ace protection, all resoleable and any worn bits re-placeable colours, red, blue, sil/blk now, all for only £189.99 so you don't need to spend 300 plus on a race version now!
