Kill switch again

I've just had another look at my kill switch and if the kill switch is in off position before the main power switch is turned on the bike won't start which is telling me the kill switch is still connected but once the engine is running the kill switch will not kill the engine. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong? Any suggestions will be appreciated

Shane

Are you still using the key and barrel or a switch?

So the bike will only stop when the ignition switch is off. Lecy aint my strong point but it may be possible that the ignition relay when energised is staying latched in even when the kill switch is turned off.

Change the yellow relay for a start.

Yep bike will only stop when ignition is switched off. I will try the relay I'm just gonna have to do a process of elimination I think.
