620 DD Bike cheap

620 monster on an 05 reg crash damaged but only appears to be bits that you would take off anyway-currently at £510! with 13 hours to go.

Well, it prob cost the buyer 1800 with fees and vat, so it's ok if you can collect from teeside within 2 days

You shouldn't have to pay VAT on 2nd hand bikes though should you?

It depends on how they are sold Kyle, if its advertised as plus vat then yes you do.

Its an auction house - they charge the seller and the buyer for the privilege of using them, and vat gets charged on every transaction.

Strange, the bikes I have bought from Universal Salvage who are their competitor don't charge vat on damaged bikes. They charge a 5% commission with a minimum of £30, but they run an actual auction where you can go and see the bikes before you buy them, you can also bid over the net.
