If you want to do some research, I'd recommend starting here:

http://www.montignac.com/en/index.php
http://www.myvillage.com/pages/healt...nac-method.htm
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/ma...21/hdiet21.xml
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Montignac-Re.../dp/2906236624
http://www.montignac-intl.com/En/indexen.html

A non-calorie-counting, healthy eating, discipline which has worked wonders for a number of people I know.....and as previously mentioned, combine it with regular exercise.

Good luck.....

Tried that...

I've been back from a trip to India for over a week now and those amoebae are still playing havoc.

Trouble is, I'm still a fat bastid

Jools, your post has been up there for three hours and no-one's issued a denial - so allow me. You are not a fat *******. You're a lovely bloke

P.S. I still have your wheel. Are you around at the weekend? I'll pop it up to you tomorrow when I'm out and about, if you like.

Worked for a couple of years in Nigeria and got a viral chest infection, laryngitis and Malaria, all at the same time! Lost a stone in weight and was laid up for over two weeks in the company compound with an assortment of weird and wonderful drugs. Not that I needed to lose the weight, but it certainly made me shed a few pounds. Not recommended however.
