Ersatz oil pressure switch

Is there such a thing as a replacement, after-market oil pressure switch that is more reliable than the standard piece of Ducati junk that is fitted as standard ?

Just had my second fail in less than 4,000km

I can't help with your query, I just wanted to say it's nice to see someone use the word "ersatz".

English ain't what it used to be (or German).

I don’t approve of using words taken from other languages for everyday usage in English. It used to be fashionable but now, it’s just so passé.

English language - it's just a mish-mash of everybody else's lingo...I blame the Romans.
And the Vikings and the Saxons and the Celts and the French and Spanish...and the Indians (bungalow)...
