Not entirely connected to the vibration but more to the "ergonomics".....
The stock lever position means that your hands are tipped up, from your wrists. his places a lot of strain on yor wrists etc.
Try tipping the levers down so that whilst sat on the bike, with your palms flat on top of the grips, your fingers are in line with your arms and resting on the top edge of the levers. This usually means tipping the levers down about 10-15mm.
To do it, you need to remove the levers and remove or cut off the roll pin that fixes the lever postion.

It made my bike and a few customers bikes a lot more comfortable
