ohlins forks

got my forks back from k-tec,had the seals replaced & serviced.they set them up to standard settings..any thoughts on best settings for them?

I set mine up over a few weeks going to work!
As I used the same route each day, I made one adjustment at a time, making sure to write it down, then rode for a day or two to see how it felt.Not the most scientific method but it suited me and took some time but was worth it!
I think that standard settings are for a 75kg rider so that may give you a benchmark to point you either harder or softer for starters.
