Don't forget you need a different linkage and possibly shock also for this upgrade... it isn't just a simple S/arm replacement as a friend of mine found out - unfortunately the hard way

whoa..slow down
I dont want it i was just surfing and came across it. i remember someone else was looking for one in another post. From the sounds of it i does seem like a pain in the arse just to get the new look. surely it would be cheaper to chop the bike in for a new one?

I think it was me that was looking into it. As JPM says, it's a pain in the backside and not worth the hassle/cost.

If it is the OEM Ducati performance swingarm (which it looks like) - I fitted one to a standard 999 - fitted straight on and comes with full instructions , bolts etc even a carbon chain guard was included with the kit - no need for linkages, shock or re-routing the exhaust

Oh it fits, yes, but the linkage etc is different, for road use etc it won't be too different, but take it on a track and you'll soon find out like my mate then after speaking to Ducati UK you need the linkage, possibly different shock (not sure on that one) but anyway best to check with a dealer/Ducati Uk
