Had mine done through BUPA two years ago and still haven't recovered - most of that is down to me though. One bit of advice Murray, make sure you do your physio properly!

The consultant tightened the front of my shoulder capsule, to help prevent the shoulder dislocating again, and if you don't do your physio properly it starts to pull everything out of alignment and causes other flow-on problems.

TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!!!!

I didn't bother with much after I broke my arm on Mike Atack's exhaust, and my arm is still rubbish 2 years on.

Physio, physio and more phsyio!

Yup, again when I broke my wrist wheelying my moped into a wall, I never had any physio and it plays me up all the time now

Had my right shoulder done 3 years ago and I've never looked back, yes I did all my physio cause I'm a good boy.
