I've got a Renthal 41 and 42, but it looks like you've already got those sorted out now. Let me know if you need them - £10 each and I'm not that far from you either.

Depending on which engine you have you should be looking at either

Fr15, Rears 37/38/39/40 rears for the very early engine
Fr 15, rears 41/42/43 for the later SS engine (or Fr14, rears 38/39/40)
and Fr 15 rears 45/46/47 for the very late Monster engines

engine type

remember you looked a my engine last time out skids, the heads say x8 i think and it has an external clutch slave cylinder on the left just above the front sprocket! And thanks for the offer gilps and if you remember, i know where your house is as i came to have a look at your van, but opted for a smaller transit instead.

Thanks for the reminder, yes I did look and its the very late Monster engine that would have run 15/46 gearing as a standard road bike

So sprocket oprtions I would be looking at are
Fr 15 Rears 44/45/46/47
or
Fr 14 Rears 41/42/43/44

So as you have a 14Fr then pop down Swindon way and get those two alloy renthal sprockets off Gilps

I'd forgotten about that! I kept the van in the end. Well, I sold it to the new company anyway, and it's earning its keep now. Glad you got sorted with something.

sorry about that!

yes , sorry i also forgot to get back to you to say, no thanks! it was what i was after but just too big. i wouls never have been able to reverse it into my drive as i live at ha bottom of a narrow cul de sac. the bike i rode down on that night is the one tha i eventually turned into my DD bike. I got persuaded that the SS geometry was better than the Monster and i am abou to start chopping the exhausts to go from 2 into 2 (a la 916) to 2 into 1!! need to save the weight ,, so your alloy renthal sprockets may be worth a trip?
