Assen this weekend, any tips/tricks welcomed
As the title says folks

Anyone else going?? Maybe meet up there or on route. I might even buy you a beer or 2!

Scottch and I are off to Assen for the GP on the bikes. We are camping, leaving tomorrow on the ferry at 5pm from Newcastle. First time for me and Scott.

Who has been before and is there anything we should know that would make our life a bit easier (Ive got the headache and hayfever tabs packed)

I'm dead jealous but not of the ride up there. It will be boring and very flat. My advice? Take your good tyres off and blag and old set for your trip over, because if you haven't got a flat spot already, you'll have one by the time you get home.

Other than that, just have fun (b*stards!)

So its steak for tea then....I think I can handle that for 4 days.

Its a bit late to be changing tyres though Ruth, I'll shape them back up on the A68 back to Edinburgh on the way home.
