DD in MCN today...

Marc Potter's editor comment today is all about the DD racing at Donington on Saturday. Good exposure!

Mood: the rain in spain falls mainly on me!
to be fair i dont think we can be too picky about getting the DSC mentioned everytime the race series is written about.

yes i know im going to get all the DD bigger than DSC crap again but if the race series is getting exposure and people are interested in it then by default the DSC will get exposre too.

most if not all the bikes carry the DSC logo, anyone enquiring about the series will be alerted to the DSC, and anyone watching should notice the DSC involvement.

the race series is a series in its own right too i beleive.

if it is deemed that DSC should be mentioned each time then maybe rename the series for next year;

the "DSC desmo cup"

Just to let you know that Potski's report was just a little taster.

I'm doing a full two-page report for next week's paper in full gory detail, including the race report, details on the series/ bikes/ how to do it, and lots of nice pics. I think the opening picture will be everyone piling down to Redgate after the start (with me very, very, very breifly in the lead), so if all goes to plan you should all be able to see yourselves.

Cheers for a top day, it was fun racing the old double decker around!

Was looking forward to reading about the DD racing at Donnie, but reading Marc Potter's comments is a good start, for a short column.

Another 7days is not going to hurt.

If there is an electronic version of the article next week, after it has been published, could you send it to the webteam e mail address? So we can put it on the homepage under news, or even put it in the club mag Pronto?

Neevesy,

If my crash photo could be included that would great....as captured by MCN's Howard on the day!

I could be infamous rather than famous.....
