Top Service - Ducati Leeds

After a few of the negatives about Ducatis and service i'd just like to sing the priases of my dealer Ducati Leeds. When I bought the 999S bip i wanted a mono seat as well so haggled a deal on it whilst I was buying the bike. The seat arrived after the bike but the custom painted yellow was a slightly different shade, not noticeable in sunlight but at night or under fluroescent light it was visible. I'd mentioned it when it went in for its first service but didn't push it as I knew they'ed done it as a favour and at a price I pushed them for.

Went in yesterday for a windscreen bolt and Charlie came over with a new seat unit to replace the slightly off yellow one, he explained that he knew I wasn't totally satisified with the painted one and this one was an exact match. Needless to say i was well pleased, I'd resigned myself to having the old one so this was an unexpected result.

They had about 4 or 5 999's in replica colours ready to go to new homes, if the new owners get anywhere like the service I've had they'll understand why I've been buying bikes from them for the last 10 years.

I didn't get the windscreen bolt though they've been on back order with Ducati for a while - WTF???

Gizmo, I live in Surrey and got my bike from them, top service.

Charlie is always very helpful.

Pro Bolt do some replacement screen bolts (look better in my opinion) for about £7. If you only need one of the silver bolts send us a U2U as I have my origonals in the garage after changing to the black version.

I haven't got a bolt but got two of the elastic nuts going spare if you desperately need them.

Ebay is your friend.

Some guy knocks em out for a few quid.

Got mine within two days of paying him a while back, after origonally struggling with an allen key.
