You don't need to drop the forks to fit the unhinged ones, just take off the top yoke - piece of pizz!!!

If you bin it can you just replace the bar or is it a new clip on?
You can replace the bar TP but I don't know how much they are and to be honest any bar would probably do. The casings are very nice though. - I paid £50, they are £140 new apparently.
