At the moment it is still in consultation phase, as the 2007 rules are not yet agreed. I think it's wise that the current DD racers get to look over the rules first and see what they think, as we have had experience with them over the last couple of years and know where most of the "cheats" are and hence what holes need plugging. Once the rules are approved then I guess you would be able to get a copy from the MT.
