Nuts! What have I done?

I decided to change all my sprocket nuts for titanium - did the quick change carrier 1st without any problems, then started on the main sprocket..these were tighter but not too bad until I got to the 3rd one and after it had loosened thought this nut is taking a long time to come off, then realised that the bolt is turning around with the nut - what's wrong/what have I done?

The rubber bit is turning as well? Don't know how it all goes together to be honest but i guess if you were to shock it off then it would move. Perhaps. Nelly?

Take the carrier off and you will find the cush drives have a 10mm Hex in the back of them to take a Allen Key, I take you do mean the original Ducati sprocket fixing nuts

You can get an allen key in the back but you have to take the carrier off I think.
