Cush Drives

I am about to change chain and sprockets on my 748s
(red the fastest ones), until the bike is stripped down I will not know if the cush drives are in need of replacement.

How do i tell?
How long do they last?

Mike

Mood: Bloo and Yellow.. and Red now ;)
Visual check is all that can be done really, although if they are u/s then you'll see it.
Watch for the rubber delaminating away from either the center stud or the outer steel shell. Bad crazing or splitting of the rubber is also a good enough reason to swap them out.
