New 749

Just put a deposit on a brand new 749. I'm trading in a Hornet900 and a ZX12R unless I sell them before the 24th. Two excellent bikes, hope I'm not making a big mistake.

I'm sure you won't regret it! Just make sure you have some money left over for loads of bling!

Mood: I own a flame thrower
When I went from a Jap bike to a Ducati 748 I thought I'd made the biggest mistale ever. I even had the Ad' wrote out ready to sell the bike. My mate told me to stick with it for 500 mile. Ended up loving it and I'm now on my 3rd Ducati which happens to be a 749.

I would never go back to a Jap bike now.

Good for you... Did the same thing on Sunday and getting new red 749 next week. After ages of faffing p/xed the750ss and already thinking about a 749 s/r backend to make it a mono and even sexier!! Hope you enjoy it...

Well done Chunda,

Drop Scottch an email he and David Burney are the contacts for the Scottish get to togethers.

They are running the "Midgey Masher" run soon, see if you can get along and meet some of the troops.

Happy biking

Mood: Sparks will fly. If it keeps on
keep the ZX12. You could go anywhere in the world on that. Instead of back and forth to the dealers on a Ducati and don't forget the service cost.
But then once you have one you can't turn back. Had my 999 just over a year and i love it to bits but i still miss the Hayabusa. There the best bike in the world when there going right. Good luck with your new one.
