yeah im feeling pretty p*ssed thats for sure, and the guy has got a pretty good rep, a few guys here use him!Who knows maybe its a one off but the plug leads been replaced and the bikes back to full health!:burn: |
Well two people spring to mind in that area. Both have a very good name here. But I suppose if the mechanic says to you, "Look, your plug lead needs replacing, but I haven't got one in stock, so I'm putting on a second-hand one pro tem (which I'm giving you FOC or only charging a nominal sum); put a new one on ASAP" then that'd be fair enough. Or would for me, anyway. If that's what happened. [Edited on 14-5-2005 by moto748] |

I wouldnt have a problem with that either if that were the case, sadly it wasnt, and it would appear that the replacement lead caused the misfire that led to the injectors being replaced etc, as i said it could be a one off but i sure do feel like they had my pants down!:flame: [Edited on 16-5-2005 by jj250] |
Injector cleaning? Not come across that one before. Thought that only happened on oil burners. |
