Yeah, cos you see a lot of taxis-converted-to-trailers littering the hard shoulder ;)

maybe its a new form of fine collection, poor taxi driver did not have enough funds to cover the on the spot fine, so they cut his cab in half :lol:

Maybe the Taxi was pushing a broken down Police car off the motorway for safety reasons.
