I am in agreement with Hells...
I tell my kids at school that there is no need to use these type of words when you have a good enough vocabulary to explain your feelings anyway.
These words are for emergencies only when you are angry and cannot think of anything else or dont have the time to think of an appropriate word to express yourself.Besides they lose their meaning if you "use" them too often.
