Can anyone make some shims please ?
 

ok I need two shims for my right hand footrest
as I have put a bigger exhaust on there and they don't fit at the mo
if anyone can help give me a shout and I will send the measurements on.

If you can't get some nicely turned ally shims you could try either a thick stack of washers or a simple square/rectangular ally block of suitable thickness drilled to suit the mounting bolts.

Stainless washers work a treat, as you dont get that problem with the plating on ordinary washers being 'slightly less than perfect'
