Ohlins forks ??

Anyone know if it is possible to get new lower fork/caliper mount brackets for Ohlins radial mount forks ?

Mine are cracked where some gorilla has over tightened the pinch bolts ( yes Nelly there is a gorilla bigger than me it appears :P )

I was going to replace the forks completely but the radial mounts are harder to come by and then some one suggested it may be possible to replace just the lower leg/mount .....

Do you already have radial mounts or are you taking the opportunity to swap standard mounts for radial mounts ?

Not sure of the extent of the damage, you could consider having it welded up and machined back again. Some one such as Spondon Eng' in Derby could do this properly.

Yeah they are already radial mounts

I'd still like to go down the road of replacement if its possible, but cheers for adding another option Carbon....I'd forgotten all about Spondon Eng.

Only other option is an "after market" set of fork bottoms. You'll then need someone to swap them over unless you have the knowledge and tools.

Someone such as JHP or K-tec should be able to help.

As for your damaged ones either sell them as they are or have them repaired and then sell them. Will contirbute to the cost of your new set.

Scuff'........... what's the mounting centers of the calipers? 100mm or 108mm?
I have a couple of possible "solutions"

Not that hard to swap over either. Coupleof hours once the forks are off. Give us a call or nip over
