Donington Noise Limit and a 748 - Advice Please

A friend is planning a Jamie Whitham Speedfreaks day, he is running a 748 with Carbon Termis of the "Not For Road Use" variety ...

Is he likely to struggle with the 98db limit ?????

All advice appreciated.

Yes dibb's. If he ain't got a set of std's to put on, he can get some insert mufflers from Tecmoto or from a guy that sells them at Donny.

I've seen many a bloke get pulled, it doesn't matter that they are stamped " not for road use" It's all down to the reading, and you are tested all the time.

Is it a quite day. No Limits a doing loads of full noise days at donny.

Yep, same experience as Jon. Just buy the "DB killers" when you get there. Stamping doesn't seem to matter, even though they claimed it would at the beginning of last season. Might be worth a call to them.
