I once broke all my indicator mount points (don't ask) and I used a plastic repair kit from halfords - its like a fibre resin kit with lots of super glue gel. Thew mount points are now rock solid and even if they broke again, they wouldn't go far because of the fibre.
cost was about £10~

Do you have to ask? Want a bodge...ask a bodger.

I assume that you're talking about the little captive nut thingy that sits under your thigh? If it's that mounting point , then just drill a small hole in the bottom of the panel and cable tie it to the frame tube. Works a treat.

Oh... and you could also try getting a smaller ****

If its the mount Jools refers to, which breaks quite often on the ST's i used a plastic resin repair kit and rebuilt the area and it worked a treat.

I did go into overkill mode with the rebuild as there is so little supporting the orignal fixing point in the first place.

I've got a load of ST bits I'm selling - not sure if I have the bit you need though but probably have. If it's the side pod, then those plastic spiggots with the brass threaded insert are quite weak. I think I used Isopon to repair one once. I have probably got those in with the fairing - it's all boxed up and not looked at it for 2 years or more which is why I am not sure. It'd be black anyway.
