Name that shock!

Hi All,

This arrived today courtesy of ebay.de and an insufficient budget for an ohlins:

Any ideas what it is??? The advert said it was an NCR race shock, but I have a feeling they meant is was used on an NCR B.O.T.T. race bike rather than an NCR manufactured unit. The machining is top quality, it's 328mm between centres, and should be a tasty addition to the DD bike. I've just got to find someone who knows what it is so I can have it set up for me!

Cheers,

Ali

Ali,

It might be a Wilbers too. Try looking at their site.

Glad it arrived ok Ali <blush>

I wouldnt worry too much about getting it rebuilt as most competant suspension specialists should be able to work their way around it.

ps - you will buy this stuff from funny places won't you

Top man Frank..... Runs the A.E.B.W.S. (Advanced Ebay Bling Warning Service) for impoverished racers.

Shock will go to somone to rebuild in the near future (after I've tried it at Brands tomorrow).

Cheers,

Ali
