I forgot how hard it is.

I took the bike out today for the first time in god knows.
Now that I have a track only bike, I have put the 996R back to road trim. I only did about 30 miles but felt like a complete novice. I took it very steady and made mistake after mistake.
I can see I will have to do it a bit more often and try and get the swing of things.

It's because you've been riding the IL4!

I rode the 996 this week and it felt really weird - I spent the first 10 miles just trying to get used to it. And to be perfectly honest, the brakes on the monster feel better than the 996!

Just a good excuse to get out more Jon

The bike TP. I slip into like a pair of old slippers I felt great to be on her again. Its looking behind, paying attention to road surface, etc that got me.
I just couldn't relax.

I dont get the difference?

Ridings riding innit?

Different priorities granted but still riding.

Worst thing I found was sticking to speed limits on the road?

How slow is 30mph??????? :0
