I remember them but i didn't go anywhere near them or Griffin helmets with a double glazed visor

Might even have an advert in one of my old bike mags for the spinning things, may have to have a look and see if I can come across it, be worth scanning and posting just for a laugh

Just been thinking its probably nearer to 45/48 years ago. Brother Rod had one he may recall who made them. Found this.

And they are still on sale now, SPARCO but a tad more expensive at £64.38p
