749 light issue help please

Hi all,
i have a 749s 2006 which i bought as atrack bike, she is almost ready to use now as a track day is fast approaching.
However i have noticed that the orange EOBD light comes on after she is started ,not straight away and stays on does anyone know why, she has been lightened so anything not needed has been removed by previous owner, she seems to run fine although not been out her yet ...... weather,
i need to get this resolved asap,
any help would be great,
Thanks all

Regards Phill

Assuming the original clocks are one the bike, press and hold the left button on the clocks whilst switching the ignition on. This will bring up the EFI fault code.

Try running until the light comes on, then try to do the button/ignition thing. Alternatively, download Ducatidiag and buy the leads and you will be able to read the stored codes
