750ss Clutch
A mate of a mate has '93 750 ss with a slipping clutch.

he seems to think its a "wet" clutch, I don't think thats right but what I know about a '93 750ss you could write in the back of a postage stamp!.

He also seems to think Suzuki GSF400 clutch plates fit???

Another red herring.

Where is the best place to but a set of plates and any idea of price please?

I have a set of plates for 900ss but is deffo a dry clutch.

TIA

Ray.

its a wet clutch
you can find one here
http://www.ducati-spares.com/acatalo...rt_clutch.html

or just take two minutes to surf the net to find one -it is very easy-or if you cant manage that, take a trip to the local ducati dealer -he might even order one for you!

try fitting a new set of springs - 10quid as opposed to 60quid for new plates.
it worked on our 750ss

I think the 750's went to wet clutch for MY92, so it might be possible that it has a dry clutch if it's older than it's reg date. But probably wet.
