Nice titanium system on fleabay here:

Just wondered if it would fit the newer swingarm (specifically a 2004 749R)?

Do you know anyone who can do the work with titanium?

I'm very worried about burning the carbon fairings!

Had my mind set on a full 57mm, but the prices of full titanium system take the ****.

Any experiences?

Yes me you have to move the exhast pipe 10mm so the swinger doesnt crack it on rebound, put some heat resistant tape on the fairing so it doesnt burn thats about it (mines 54mm)

Good job, cheers McCoy!

Is yours a titanium system too? Who did the work for you?

I don't mind sending the pipes up to them, but taking the bike as well would be a pain.

You would need to take the bike to Zorstec, they have only ever done mine so would need to offer it up to your bike.

Im sure its not to big a job for a good fabricator in your area
