By the way look out for bike number 3 phase one Yamaha and bike 6 Shell academy (phase one Yamaha) I am going to be sat on pit wall doing timing for bike 6

you must always carry with you driving license, car's V5, insurance certificate and MOT certificate. There all mandatory and you must be able to show them when controlled by the police.

You also need to display GB at the rear of your car and some special stickers to apply to your headlight because they go the wrong way

Enjoy your trip to "Le Mans"

Nice bird as passenger, loud music, boot full of good drink, and fat wallet.

Oh Les Routiers map of Petite Chefs and dodgy late night kebab shops as well

You dont have to do the GB sticker thing if you have the EU blue banded number plates. Thats the first thing I do to my cars, change the plates to blue band with GB so that if I get up one morning and want to go abroad I can without one of those naff stickers. In Italy and France all new cars are fitted with them as standard at the showroom and with the open borders it makes alot of sense. You can get away with just adjusting your headlights on some cars. Ask your dealer it might be just some triddling.
